Hi! I’m Tara.

Having a competitive mindset has been part of me for as long as I can remember. I grew up in California and started on the tennis courts with my first lesson at age six. Then, soccer became a big part of my life, and I went on to play at the Olympic Development, district, and state levels. These days, I’m still on the field in co-ed community games or just as likely to be battling it out on a pickleball court. I’ve also traveled extensively throughout Europe and Central America, and gained experiences that have shaped how I connect with people and think beyond the obvious path.

As a career advisor, educator, coach, and adjunct professor, I bring strategy, encouragement, and determination to every student & professional I work with.

Because finding the right career isn’t about sending out more applications and hoping something lands. It’s about knowing your game, preparing with intention, and putting yourself in the strongest possible position to win.
